Can I apply for an eVisitor instead of an ETA?
The eVisitor visa (Subclass 651) is available to passport holders from eligible European countries, including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United Kingdom. For UK passport holders, eligibility is limited to British citizens.
If you qualify for an eVisitor and your trip meets its conditions, you can use it instead of an ETA. You don’t need both visas for the same visit.
The eVisitor allows holidays, visits to family or friends, and business visitor activities. It permits multiple entries over 12 months, with stays of up to 3 months per visit.
You must apply from outside Australia and meet the relevant health and character requirements. Check the eligible country list before starting your application.

What documents do I need to apply for Australia ETA?
To apply for the ETA for Australia, make sure to have the following documents on hand:
